Yoga Sculpt is a high energy class that combines the flow of yoga with the strength of pilates while utilizing light weight. This is the ultimate toning class that will target all areas of the body. This class is 40 min long with an optional 10 min relaxation before and immediately following class.
This class is best suited to individuals with some yoga experience, intermediate / advanced. 
Please be aware, this class will take place at our Studio Location on Richmond Ave (beside CO-OP). For further direction, please contact our main location.
Credit card payment available at studio, at time of class.
*All classes will begin with an optional 10 minute individual relaxation and finish with an optional 10 minute individual relaxation – please enter and leave class quietly to respect those partaking the optional relaxation
*weights will be provided 
*Dress in breathable, stretch clothing
