Yoga II is a power yoga class that is best suited for individuals who have attended Yoga I prior. This class will include yoga poses flowing in sequence and varying in difficulty, running for a 40 min duration plus twooptional10 minute periods of relaxation. This class is an intermediate / advanced level.

Please be aware, this class will take place at our Studio Location on Richmond Ave (beside CO-OP). For further direction, please contact our main location.

  • All classes will begin with an optional 10 minute individual relaxation and finish with an optional 10 minute individual relaxation – please enter and leave class quietly to respect those partaking the optional relaxation
