Yoga I is a beginner / intermediate yoga class that will provide individuals with a fundamental base for future classes. The class is 40 min in length + an optional 10 minute relaxation at the beginning and 10 minute immediately following the class. This classcan be easily adapted to each individual, depending on what they desire from their yoga practice. This class is recommended for individuals new to yoga.


  • Props will be provided
  • Dress in breathable, stretch clothing
  • Bring water bottle
  • Optional mat rental at studio for $3/class


Credit card payment available at studio, at time of class.


All classes will begin with an optional 10 minute individual relaxation and finish with an optional 10 minute individual relaxation – please enter and leave class quietly to respect those partaking the optional relaxation


This class is limited to 12 participants. There will be options to waitlist – preregistration is encouraged and prioritized.
